Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tim 5.0Adam was really helpful and answered any questions really quickly. It was a great size van for our family and the best thing is the bed was really comfortable.
Mary 4.8Unfortunately it was not set up straight according to the internal spirit level so the adults kept rolling off the bed all night. (We paid extra for it to be set up in our yard for guests over Christmas). Also, the third bed wasnt really suitable as a bed- it was a narrow seat onto a folded down table- both different levels. We put a foam mattress over it for a 2 year old to sleep on, but it still sloped. Other than that the communication was excellent, caravan delivered on time and picked up On time, really helpful instructions. Clean and nice inside. I think for a couple it would be fabulous.

Penny 1.0This van is large and that is the only attraction. Not many things worked and the inclusions were of poor quality. Adam was pleasant until I asked for things to be fixed and then he shut down. I would not recommend this van or this hirer.
