The Camplify Premium Membership has been designed for individual RV Owners, and existing RV hire businesses, who want to hire out their RVs more frequently and more efficiently. Most Premium Members will end up hiring out their RVs for over 100 days per year.

This product has been specifically designed around the needs for a fully inclusive solution when it comes to insurance, marketing, customer support, partnerships, PR, terms & conditions, management of payments and everything else required to make the experience safe, easy, fully insured and, most of all, successful.

  • If I Only Own 1 RV, Is Premium Membership Suitable For Me?

    General rules of thumb

    • If you're expecting more than 30 nights of hire per year, the Premium Membership package is often the most cost-effective solution as opposed to the ‘standard’ option.
    • If you plan to operate as more of a 'business', the Premium Membership package is the quickest, easiest and best value way to do so.

  • How Does Insurance work?

    Being a Premium Member with Camplify means that your RV is covered for personal use AND hire use on Camplify, all for the flat-rate price per month. No extra per-day hire insurance is required. This exclusive insurance product has been designed specifically for hiring out RVs through Camplify. The insurance policy includes; $1000 excess for hire, $500 excess for personal use, full comprehensive coverage with unlimited hires, $35 million dollars in legal liability cover, off-road cover*, ability to hire to 21-25 year olds, emergency repairs, removal of debris cover, removal and retrieval costs cover, repatriation of driver cover, repatriation of vehicle cover, signwriting cover, fusion of electric motors cover, contents cover + more.   • How Does Roadside Assistance Work?

    Nationwide roadside assistance is included with every hire through Camplify. This means your caravan, motorhome, campervan or camper trailer is always covered while it’s out on hire through Camplify. Unlimited call-outs, too!

  • What Happens With the Bond?

    Camplify manages a bond for all hires via a secure credit card gateway. You don’t have to do anything from your end when it comes to managing a bond. Should something go wrong, we handle the financial transactions and assist with the best and fairest solution for all involved. Simply complete the post-hire checklist and await further instructions.

  • What Commission Does Camplify Take?

    We only take a small 5% commission for the nights when your RV is hired out.

  • Does the Roadside Assistance Cover Me as the Owner?

    No, the roadside product only applies to bookings made through Camplify. You’ll have to source your own roadside assistance cover for the times you’re using the RV personally.

  • How Else Will Camplify Help Me?
