Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call us please.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD/NO beach driving/NO extended gravel roads
• NO smoking inside/No festivals
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition inside and out. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. Hirer must dispose of toilet cassette contents at dump point prior to return and wash out cassette. (unless accepting the cleaning fees $200.00)
• INSURANCE Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance
• AWNING Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises. Recommend BOM weather app.
• TOWING Please tell us your towing experience and tow vehicle details please.
• BRAKES Brake controller supplied
• Standard pickup times are 79am and 57pm MonFri, dropoff MonFri and other times at weekends available by arrangement.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had the best time! Firstly, communication with Peaches & Steve was more than easy and they were incredibly responsive to our questions. The van was a pleasure to tow and as far as "living" in the van goes, we did not want for a thing. They've thought of everything. We were so very comfortable (great bed!) and had plenty of room for the two of us. Steve was excellent at the handover explaining everything so clearly which sent us off with great confidence. We thank Peaches & Steve for getting everything right - we would love to hire again one day. A wonderful experience. Thanks again.

  It was a great van, really nice that they provided all the linen it is a great selling point. The only issue I has was that we could not access the onboard water tanks due to previous hirers mishaps. On the last night it was that cold that the water tap and hose froze up so could not get any water, other than we had a really good time, communication from the owners was fantastic and very accommodating. If you are happy to stay in caravan parks then I would recommend this van. thanks Guys.

  We cant recommend booking with Peaches and Stephen enough! It was our first time using camplify and staying in a hired caravan, and they made the whole process so seamless with their friendly communication and thorough set up. Everything was organised and arranged for us, evening going above and beyond with gifting a bottle of wine. They took care of everything! The van itself was well equipped with kitchen utensils and cookware, basic pantry goods, towels and linen. We were able to cook multiple meals and have friends join us inside during wet weather, without it feeling cramped. The quality of the camper was well above our expectations and we cant wait to return. Thanks again Peaches, Stephen and Spencer.

  This was our first time caravanning and this van didnt disappoint. It had everything our family of four needed to have a memorable holiday. The van is older but very clean and tidy. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and Peaches made sure we had all the necessary items such as a clothes line, rubbish bin, outdoor mat, several tables and chairs plus every kitchen utensil and bowl and plate you could ever need! We did have an issue with the fridge on pick up however Steve organised a decent sized camp fridge which was no problem at all and still big enough for all our items. Their communication was excellent and we found them to be very accommodating. We would hire again.

  We had an amazing and comfortable stay in this caravan. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Peaches and Stephen are really lovely people and very very helpful. I couldnt recommend this caravan enough! Thanks for trusting us with your caravan. Darrin and Nicole.
