The van was exactly as described very clean and tidy, the nightly rate was very reasonable and the overall process was seamless. We are definitely going to rebook when needed

The van was clean, tidy, and exactly as described. Adam was great to deal witheasy to communicate with and extremely helpful.

Unfortunately it was not set up straight according to the internal spirit level so the adults kept rolling off the bed all night. (We paid extra for it to be set up in our yard for guests over Christmas). Also, the third bed wasnt really suitable as a bed- it was a narrow seat onto a folded down table- both different levels. We put a foam mattress over it for a 2 year old to sleep on, but it still sloped. Other than that the communication was excellent, caravan delivered on time and picked up On time, really helpful instructions. Clean and nice inside. I think for a couple it would be fabulous.

Adams van was great! Had everything you need to get away for the weekend. Kids loved the bunk beds - Adam was a great communicator and popped out once to help us out. Definitely recommend Adams Van.

Adam was absolutely wonderful to deal with incredibly helpful, prompt, and friendly throughout the entire process. The caravan itself was spotless, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Adam, for making the hire so easy and enjoyable!

Adam is a nice guy although lacks some professionalism when it comes to renting out his vans. We had multiple issues with the van, many of which could have been avoided if the standard checks and care were carried out prior to delivery. Some things to note like the door wouldnt lock, there was no wheel brace for removing flat tires, no toaster in the van and one of the water tanks leaked. We enjoyed our trip although the above issues and a few others dampened the experience. Adams communication is great although finding solutions to the problems is left up to you with no offer of compensation.

The van was dirty and supplies unkept. Bathroom was leaking, ac not working and flyscreens damaged and medicine found. Van size and layout accurate, exterior of the van clean. Owner was good at communicating until we had to resolve dispute and made decision without consultation. Overall disappointed.
