Please note that the fridge only works off 240 V mains or gas (meaning not whilst driving). Pick-up van from Wangara. Linen (extra option) includes; Duvet inner and cover per bed Mattress cover and fitted sheet Pillows and covers per person Towels per person But most importantly, Enjoy your trip!!

Hiring rules

• CLEANING: Please return the caravan in the same condition as collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Failure to return a clean caravan will result in an additional charge of $250.00. If you are not intending to clean the caravan inside and out, please select the “clean the van for me” option when booking.
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the caravan, additional cleaning fees will apply.
• AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if the caravan is going to be left unattended.
• ROAD RESTRICTION: The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and in compliance with all road laws and regulations. If you wish to take off road, please discuss with us before booking.
• Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
• TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty,dry and clean on return or a cleaning fee will apply off $450.00. GREY WATER tanks must be emptied on return.
• DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it to us through the Camplify app. Please provide full detail (what, where, when, etc).
• EMERGENCY: In the event of major damage or accident, please pull over immediately and contact Camplify for assistance. Then contact us through Camplify messages .

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Great handover provided by Renier & Anneke when we first picked the van up. They were very detailed showing us all the operational requirements for the van which we much appreciated. Nothing seemed to much of a problem despite the many questions we asked. This lead to a very smooth and enjoyable trip for us. We will certainly be hiring again. Thanks so much!!

  Comfortable for two. The new air conditioner works great. The van is very light and easy to tow. Anneke & Reiner were very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. They spent a lot of time making sure everything was in place for our trip.

  We hired the van for 10 days and travelled up north. The handover and team were great, professional and very friendly. They were easy to communicate with and had a variety of vans to choose from to cater for all needs.

  Overall the van was good to tow and our Redarc brake controller worked well through the standard 7 pin plug. The caravan itself is well laid out, showing signs of wear and tear but suited the two of us well. We stayed in a caravan park so had site power and water, we didnt test the off grid capability. The bed was good, shower and toilet all worked well. The fridge is large and did work well on mains connection only, the trailer plug is 12 pin so not easily adaptable to a standard 7 pin plug, hence no fridge in transit. The crockery is very basic plastic so you may prefer to take your own. This was a new van in the hire fleet and there were a few maintenance issues that will hopefully be resolved for the next hirer.
