We're pleased you found the booking experience easy and that you would consider hiring from us again. We'd like to respond to some of the points raised, as we believe additional context may be helpful for future guests. The shower system uses five separate 15-litre water containers rather than one large fixed tank. This has been a popular feature with many previous hirers, as the smaller containers are much easier to carry and refill at campsites without needing to move the vehicle or use long hoses. During the handover, we explained that when changing from one container to the next, a small amount of air enters the line. This is completely normal. Simply running the tap briefly once or twice allows the air to clear, after which the water flows normally. Had we been contacted during the hire, we would have happily talked you through the process again. Regarding the driver's seating position and accelerator pedal, these are standard factory specifications from Iveco and are not modifications made by us. The vehicle is also equipped with cruise control to improve comfort on longer drives. Comfort is naturally subjective, and we appreciate that different drivers have different preferences. The mattress consists of high-density foam, which is the standard material used throughout the motorhome industry. Softer foam generally allows occupants to bottom out onto the base, making it less comfortable for sleeping over time. Likewise, converting the dinette into a bed is a common layout in campervans and motorhomes. While this does mean some compromises with space, this model offers generous storage under the bed, in the cupboards and drawers, and has consistently received positive feedback from many previous guests regarding its storage capacity. With regard to the drawer and cupboard catches, we acknowledge this issue. These are standard motorhome latches that are commonly used throughout the industry, but we have continued working to improve them. Since your hire, we have replaced all of the catches, including the two drawer catches and cupboard latch you mentioned, and we'll continue refining them until we're completely satisfied with their performance. We've also taken your suggestion on board and will be adding additional hanging space inside the shower. The key fob operated correctly when tested upon your return. As a precaution, we replaced the battery to ensure it continues performing reliably for future hires. The awning supplied is the one shown in our listing photographs. A step is provided to assist with setup, and we discussed its operation during the handover. Unfortunately, due to the design of the vehicle and the way the sliding door extends to roof level, a wind-out or electric awning cannot be fitted. For guests wanting additional shade, we're always happy to offer alternative options such as a gazebo. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving our vehicles.
