Hiring rules
- 🚭 This is a nonsmoking van!
- No pets allowed!
- Save our Kangaroos and avoid driving from dusk to dawn
- ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank.
- 200km per day included, 50c per km after will be charges after hire.
- Please inform us of any breakage.
- 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
- You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee
- ✖️No Off Road
- ✖️No go areas; (An undercarriage inspection fee of $650.00 or cancelation in booking might incur on the following )
- ✖️Gibbs River Road
- ✖️No Long distance unsealed Roads Max 10km Per day to a campsite.
- ✖️Corrugated Unsealed Roads
- ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Elizabeth 5.0Great service from the team, explained everything perfectly and were prepared for any questions, very easily contactable when needing questions while on the road. Took the van to esperance, was very comfortable and provided with some essentials when was a great bonus.!!
