Hiring rules

• Able to drive on a standard Cclass driver's licence.
• Must have a valid Australian driver's licence, or a driver's licence from an overseas country along with a passport.
• This motor home is brand new. We want you to enjoy it and all that Western Australia has to offer.
• We only request that the vehicle be returned to us in the same condition we gave it to you.
• If there is anything we can do to assist you just ask, we will do our best to help you get sorted.
• Please note. We provide blankets and sleeping bags for up to six people. The fee of $15.00 each is to clean bags after use. 2 bags are separate, 2 can be joined, and 2 are double beds.
• Minimum length of hire 7 days.
• The minimum hirer age is 25 years old.
• Fuel tank must be full when returned.
• Motorhome must be returned in the same condition as it was when picked up, otherwise, costs of cleaning or damage repair will apply.
• Motorhome must be returned with the toilet clean and the toilet cassette empty and rinsed, otherwise a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
• 250 km/day limit 50 cents km after that. Photos are taken of the odometer before and after hire.
• The motor home is not for offroad use. NOT FOR USE ON GRAVEL ROADS
• The only exceptions to the above are access roads from the main Hwy to camp and within camps.
• Pick the motor home up after 10:00 am.
• Return the motor home at 4:00 pm.
• Please don't expect to pick up the motor home a day earlier than it is booked for, and please don't expect to keep the motor home a day later than paid for.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had a wonderful time in The Black Cockatoo. It was clean and very well presented upon arrival. Peter went through everything we needed and was available if we needed anything whilst away. We had many comments during our trip on how good it looked and we kept it that way throughout the trip. The Mercedes sprinter engine was great, no issues at all. It has great visibility and felt safe to drive. Also had Carplay via the USB in the dash compartment which made it easy to navigate in the towns and with offline maps in remote areas. If you want to rent a motorhome for your WA trip then this is the one.

  We had a great time with the van. Everything was already in the van, from cutlery to an extra stove to use outside if we wanted to. Chairs, pots and plates was already packed, plus the van had comfy beds and the fact that it had a toilet to use during the night was great. Pete was available on the phone when I needed answers on how to use things since it was our first time in a van like this. Overall it was a great experience and customer service was good
