Hiring rules
- **Camplify requires a deposit of 25% of the booking’s total cost, all deposits are due within 48 hrs of your booking dates being approved by us, to secure your booking.
- If you are booking within 14 days of the dates you have selected, full payment will be required.**
- Minimum Age of Driver 25
- All drivers must be included in hire contract
- Motorhome to be returned clean or excess cleaning fee will be charged.
- No Smoking
- No Sand
- No Pets
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning or cassette empty fee of $69.00 applies
- No off road driving or rail access roads.
- Full tank of diesel on return.
- Van in clean condition inside including drawers
- A cleaning fee of $120.00 will be applied only if excessive cleaning is required.
- Public Liability is only applicable when vehicle is moving, not when parked.
- We allow 200kms a day on hire, after that .70c a kilometre is charged.
- Please be aware that night time and dusk driving on country roads is prohibited to prevent collisions with wildlife.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Stacey 4.8We loved our holiday in Reddy no5! Cant recommend Redline highly enough. The van was fully equipped and in good condition. It had everything we needed. Some minor things here and there - eg the latches on the cupboards are a little worn so sometimes wont hold around particularly bumpy corners, and the aircon in the cab was pretty ineffective, but nothing major that impacted our enjoyment of the holiday. The handover was comprehensive and the team were supportive and helpful at every stage. Would not hesitate to recommend redline for a very good value van hire.

Joshua 5.0Great motorhome and amazing customer service, aircon broke down in Exmouth and Simon took part out of one of his other motorhomes and sent it next day delivery and arranged for it to be fitted the next day also. Pleasure to deal with and would definitely use again
