  • 1. Vehicle to be kept on sealed bitumen roads only, no gravel or beach driving. Unsealed road less than 5km into campsite is permitted.
  • 2. 250km per day, Fee is $1.00 per extra km over allowance is charged at end of hire with Camplify.
  • 3. We take pride in the cleanliness of the van and ask that its returned as received
  • 4. NO Pets
  • 5. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
  • 6. GPS Tracker installed in vehicle

  • Motor home is to be returned after hire as rules below
  • The Motorhome will be handed over with a full tank of Diesel and must be returned with a full tank of Diesel. A refueling fee will apply if not returned full.
  • Clean inside Motorhome Sweep floors, shake out mats, please remove all your rubbish, dishes, pots pans utensils all must be washed & cleaned. A cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply if not returned clean.
  • Clean outside Motorhome Please use soft broom only to avoid scratches, no red dirt on or under Motorhome, dry bugs removed, wheels clean of dust and dirt, windscreen clean.
  • Grey water tank MUST be empty.
  • TOILET canister is to be EMPTY and flushed with water on return. $200.00 Cleaning charge will be incurred if not emptied.
  • NO SMOKING or VAPING in or around the Motorhome.
  • Motorhome is fitted with awning – Please retract in windy or rainy conditions to avoid damage.
  • NO OFF ROAD (including unsealed, beach or sand roads) except in camping areas very small distances with reasonable road conditions only. This driving must be negotiated slowly, avoid all pot holes, high curbs or uneven ground, corrugation as the Motorhome has VERY LOW ground clearance. Shaking vibrations to Motorhome in these areas of a non seal road causes a lot of damage to cabinets’ hinges and sensors in engine.
  • Insurance does not cover damage to Motorhome in OFF ROAD conditions you may get an expensive out of pocket charge.
  • The Motorhome is fitted with GPS locator to keep track of KM for servicing purposes, and off road alert, notification.
  • ALL driver/drivers must supply copy of drivers license at handover for insurance purposes or van cannot be released.
  • 250km driving permitted per day. Minimum 3 days hire is 750km total for hire period. Fee is $1.00 per extra km over allowance is charged at end of hire with Camplify. Plan your distances as you may be charged extra km if u go over allowance.
  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required, message or text including a photo so I have time to rectify before next hire.
  • Drop off and pick up from Osborne Park 9am to 5pm. Please allow approximately 30 minutes to go through handover of vehicle before pick up.
  • Please treat our Motorhome with respect as if it were your own. We hope you have a great trip!
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
