Why You'll Love This Motorhome: - It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably - Toilet and Shower on board for total convenience - Fully equipped kitchen + FREE extras to make your trip like home - Perfect for family adventures, cosy couple getaways and fun trips with your friends To make your trip as comfy as possible, the motorhome comes full set up with essentials and homely touches Such as: - Bedding (Fresh linen sheets) - Kitchen and Dining (Coffee, tea, pots, pans, utensils) - Camp Table and chairs Before we finalise, we want your journey to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few simple requirements for your trip: Fuel: The motorhome will be provided with a full tank of fuel at pickup. Please ensure it’s returned with the same fuel level as when you collected it. Waste Tanks: The vehicle will be supplied with empty toilet and grey water tanks. We kindly ask that you empty both tanks before returning the vehicle. Cleanliness: Please return the van in a reasonably clean condition, tidy inside, rubbish removed, and surfaces wiped down. If you prefer not to handle waste disposal yourself, we offer an optional waste tank emptying service for an additional fee, just let us know in advance. Is there anything you’d like to ask or clarify before your pickup? We’re happy to help ensure you have everything you need for a great trip!

• 🌟 ZENVIA JOURNEY – HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Thank you for choosing our motorhome.
• We genuinely want you to have a safe, comfortable and memorable holiday.
• To help keep the vehicle in excellent condition for all guests, please read the following terms carefully.
• By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these hire conditions.
• ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• 🚐 PICK UP & RETURN
• • Pick up time is by prior arrangement with the owner.
• • The motorhome must be returned no later than 5:00pm on the agreed return date.
• Late Return Charges
• • $15.00 per hour (or part thereof) after 5:00pm.
• • Additional hire day charges may apply if the delay impacts another booking.

• 🚗 AUTHORISED DRIVERS ONLY
• • Only drivers listed and approved on the Camplify booking may drive the vehicle.
• • All drivers must hold a valid licence suitable for the vehicle class.
• Unauthorised drivers may void protection arrangements and may result in additional liability.

• 🛣️ KILOMETRE ALLOWANCE
• The hire includes 230 kilometres per day.
• Excess Kilometres
• • $0.75 per kilometre over the included allowance.
• Any excess kilometres travelled during the hire will be charged through Camplify and deducted from the security bond where applicable.
• ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• ⛽ FUEL
• The motorhome is supplied with a full diesel tank and must be returned full.
• If the fuel tank is not returned full:
• • The hirer will be charged the actual fuel cost required to refill the tank based on the current market fuel price.
• • A $15.00 refuelling administration fee will apply.
• • Any additional costs incurred in refuelling the vehicle may also be charged to the hirer.

• 🧼 CLEANING & RETURN CONDITION
• The motorhome must be returned in the same clean condition as received and ready for the next guest.
• Normal holiday use is expected and accepted. Additional cleaning charges only apply where the vehicle is returned significantly below the condition provided at handover.
• Interior Cleaning:
• Before return please ensure:
• ✓ All rubbish removed
• ✓ All dishes, utensils, cookware, pots and pans washed, dried and returned to original locations
• ✓ Kitchen benches, sink, cooktop, microwave and fridge cleaned
• ✓ Bathroom, shower and toilet cleaned
• ✓ Floors thoroughly swept and vacuumed
• ✓ No sand, dirt, mud, dust, food residue or stains
• ✓ All supplied items cleaned and returned to their original locations
• Exterior Cleaning:
• Before return please ensure:
• ✓ Vehicle exterior returned reasonably clean
• ✓ Front windscreen cleaned
• ✓ Excessive insect build up removed
• ✓ Excessive dirt, mud, road grime and dust removed
• The motorhome must not be returned with:
• • Excessive sand
• • Red dirt contamination
• • Mud
• • Excessive rubbish
• • Smoke odours
• • Dirty kitchen equipment
• • Dirty bathroom or toilet facilities
• Cleaning Charges:
• Standard Return Condition (No additional charge)
• Light Cleaning Required (From $200.00)
• Heavy Cleaning Required
• • Charged at actual professional cleaning cost
• • May exceed $500.00 depending on vehicle condition
• Additional charges may apply for:
• • Sand removal
• • Red dirt contamination

• • Upholstery cleaning

• Cleaning charges are determined by comparing the vehicle's return condition with its documented condition at handover, supported by inspection records and photographs.
• The vehicle must be returned in a condition that is immediately ready for the next guest.

• Pets are not permitted unless approved by the owner in writing before travel.
• Additional cleaning, deodorising, damage or repair costs resulting from unauthorised pets will be charged to the hirer.

• 🛣️ DRIVING RESTRICTIONS

• We strongly discourage driving at dusk, dawn or night in regional and country areas due to wildlife collision risks.

• ☂️ AWNING
• The awning must be retracted:
• • During windy weather
• • Overnight
• • Whenever unattended
• • Whenever leaving the campsite
• Damage caused by misuse, wind, negligence or failure to retract the awning will be charged to the hirer.

• 🏠 ROOF ACCESS
• Roof access is strictly prohibited.
• Do not:

• Any resulting damage will be charged to the hirer.

• Please take care of the motorhome and all supplied equipment.

• Any swelling, warping or water damage will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
• Interior Damage
• Any damage to:

• Cooking

• 🎪 FESTIVALS & SPECIAL EVENTS
• The motorhome must not be taken to music festivals, racing events, off road events or similar large gatherings without prior written approval from the owner.
• Any damage, excessive cleaning, red dirt contamination or additional wear associated with these events may be charged to the hirer.

• 📸 VEHICLE CONDITION REPORT
• The motorhome is inspected, photographed and documented before and after every hire.
• Photographs and videos form part of the official vehicle condition report and may be used as evidence for cleaning, damage, missing item and bond related claims.
• ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• 🚨 DAMAGE REPORTING
• Any accident, damage, fault, warning light or concern must be reported immediately.
• Do not wait until the vehicle is returned.
• Failure to report issues promptly may result in additional costs.
• Any new damage discovered after hire that was not reported by the hirer may still be claimed through Camplify where supported by inspection records and photographic evidence.

• 🔐 SECURITY BOND
• Costs relating to:

  Doesnt come with the amenities as advertised. 100km away from Perth before we realised we didnt have any towels or tea towels!! Even though I paid extra for linen! Very expensive for an old van ($750 a night) and only marginally comfortable. Would not recommend for anybody hes looking for something more comfortable or more fully rounded. When you pay $750 a night for something like this, you expect a lot more. Ladder up Into the loft didnt clip on properly and was dangerous - no railing on loft bed so my wife and I had to sleep up there while our 10 year old was on the main bed. Honestly a complete rip off. Last time I hire through camplify!!!!!
