Hiring rules

• **Camplify requires a deposit of 25% of the booking’s total cost, all deposits are due within 48 hrs of your booking dates being approved by us, to secure your booking.
• If you are booking within 14 days of the dates you have selected, full payment will be required.**
• Minimum Age of Driver 25
• All drivers must be included in hire contract
• Motorhome to be returned clean or excess cleaning fee will be charged.
• No Smoking
• No Sand
• No Pets
• Hirer must empty toilet before returning or cassette empty fee of $69.00 applies
• No off road driving or rail access roads.
• Full tank of diesel on return.
• Van in clean condition inside including drawers
• A cleaning fee of $120.00 will be applied only if excessive cleaning is required.
• Public Liability is only applicable when vehicle is moving, not when parked.
• We allow 200kms a day on hire, after that .70c a kilometre is charged.
• Please be aware that night time and dusk driving on country roads is prohibited to prevent collisions with wildlife.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Had a great trip. The van itself performed floorlessly, no mechanical problems with over 9000klms traveled. Fridge battery was a little bit small for family of 4 and had to be defrosted regularly (4-6days in 30+ degree heat) but manageable. Carwash in Welshpool (the wash factory)was the only one it fit in nearby for final clean.

  They were very helpful as our first booking was cancelled on us a couple of days before our trip, after we had paid in full(apparently this is not rare). They were very willing to meet us on Christmas Day which we appreciated greatly. Handover was clear. The car drove smoothly and was comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately we had multiple hiccups, that left a bit of a sour taste. We were assured that the gas was enough when we asked how full it was. Unfortunately it wasnt and we couldnt use the facilities for a day until we go to the nearest swap and go. We had a major battery and alternator issues that failed on us, whilst driving. This caused us to pulled over on the side of the highway over night. We lost half a day of travel and activities that were booked. They were very responsive to troubleshoot out of office hours. After they repaired it, unfortunately the secondary battery wasnt functional, we lost all electricity for the rest of the trip. We needed to keep the car running to power electricity. During the final handover, we were promised refunds of petrol used, gas bottle and food lost, this is yet to be sorted. The customer service from Mike was exceptional and what happened was just unfortunate. We appreciate them agreeing they will compensate us and hope that goes smoothly. We were very grateful to have a van from redline hire!!

  Three of us fitted comfortably in this six berth RV. We were off grid, so the air conditioning didn't work, but next time we'd bring a small generator to remedy that. So handy to have a gas stove and crockery, cutlery, and bedding supplied. Would definitely hire this home on wheels again!
