  Very bad experience (10-day rental). Yacob is a pleasant owner and always responds quickly when theres a problem. The windsreen cracked on the second day (stone chip) and the vehicle was immobilized for 24 hours. Yacob asked me to pay for the repairs upfront, but I told him to deal directly with Camplifys insurance, since its covered by Happy Camper. Two days later, the step stopped retracting the mechanism was spinning freely. On the last day, we slightly hit the corner of the rooftop while maneuvering. We made a claim with Camplify insurance for that. Besides these incidents, the motorhome is quite old both inside and out. The storage compartment locks are about to break, as are the mosquito screens and blinds. We had to hold the grey water drain hose manually because there was no clamp. The electric cable was taped on both ends. The mattresses are worn out and uncomfortable, and the front headlights are very weak with poor visibility at night. Fuel consumption is extremely high around 23L/100 km.

  Yacob is super helpful, considerate and friendly! Camper is perfect for family and sleeps 5 or even 6 comfortably! It is powerful and comfortable and just like driving a car with good sized rear view mirrors and rear camera for easy reversing etc! Kids loved the smart tv, it has good aircon, powerful microwave and fridge and gas cooking is cherry on top! It is just like home it has many windows and very airy and bright! And once you close all the curtains even in July cold weather you dont even need heater as it is super warm! It is equipped with all the cooking utensils, cutlery and plates, bowls, air-fryer, toaster, knives set etc Even it was first time going on a RV but it was breeze!

  We travelled with our 2 children (13 & 3). The van was large enough for this. The 3 sleeping areas were large enough and there was enough storage facilities, above the beds or under the van. The van comes with camp chairs and a table, which is very helpful The van is generally in good condition, however a few things are not fully functional; the window blinds, and fly screens could do with some attention and the sink pipe leaks. Also the locks to the outside storage areas have been over turned many times, so are quite fiddly to actually lock. Overall a really good experience
