Hiring rules
- CLEANING: Please return the caravan in the same condition as collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Failure to return a clean caravan will result in an additional charge of $250.00. If you are not intending to clean the caravan inside and out, please select the “clean the van for me” option when booking.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the caravan, additional cleaning fees will apply.
- AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if the caravan is going to be left unattended.
- ROAD RESTRICTION: The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and in compliance with all road laws and regulations. If you wish to take off road, please discuss with us before booking.
- Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
- TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty,dry and clean on return or a cleaning fee will apply off $450.00. GREY WATER tanks must be emptied on return.
- DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it to us through the Camplify app. Please provide full detail (what, where, when, etc).
- EMERGENCY: In the event of major damage or accident, please pull over immediately and contact Camplify for assistance. Then contact us through Camplify messages .
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Simon 5.0Everything you need in a van for a great holiday! Used it both on and off grid and it performed great. The van is well loved and starting to show that in a couple of areas, but nothing that affects its usability. Renier & Anneke are wonderful people to deal with and we valued the time they took during the hiring and handover process with us to show us through everything we needed to know to enjoy the van. Would hire from them again!

Peter 5.0This van was perfect for our trip. We are in the market for a hybrid and this fit the bill for a test run beautifully. The van and features it has are amazing. Set up and pack down was quick and simple thanks to the thorough handover from Anneke & Renier. The communication from initial hire to completion has been excellent. Anneke & Renier were so easy and friendly to deal with and made the whole van hire experience a great one.
