Additional information
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older. • Respect our van like we do, so treat it like it is your own. • No smoking in or near the caravan. Only small pets allowed, under 15kg. • No dirt/heavy corrugation or red dust roads without owners approval. • Please return caravan in clean condition like when it was received by you. • Hirer must empty and clean toilet before returning. Failure to do so will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee. • Report any damage no matter how minor • Please allow 40 mins for handover when picking up the van. This van is best suited for a large SUV or 4WD. I can supply an electronic brake controller and 12 pin to 7 pin adaptor at request. Van is fitted with a standard tow hitch. Linen can be provided for an extra $65.00

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van was an absolute pleasure from the moment we started packing with the abundance of space, to the very safe and easy towing, to the very simple parking and setup. We enjoyed every moment of our trip. The full size bed was magic, the webber was awesome, the awning was easy, and the ventilation inside was very refreshing. We will definitely be hiring from Rob again. Thanks for a wonderful van hire, you know it's a great trip when get home and you're not exhausted, and we loved it.

We had one small hiccup and Rob was contact immediatly and went above and beyond and problem was solved with a ciuple of texts. When something goes wrong thats wgen you find out hkw good someone is .
