Please Note: • Minimum driver age: 25 years • Towing experience is essential – this caravan is not suitable for first-time towers or those without prior hands-on towing experience. ________________________________________ Towing Information To tow Casa Madigan safely and legally, the following requirements must be met: • Electric brakes are mandatory. If your vehicle isn’t equipped with an electric brake controller, a portable system can be provided for hire (7 pin flat); ensure you click that as an optional extra. • Towing mirrors are required. These can also be hired if your vehicle isn’t already fitted with suitable mirrors. Safety is our top priority. Please ensure your vehicle is rated to tow the weight of the caravan and complies with all legal towing requirements. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance before booking.

Hiring rules

CLEANING: Please return the caravan in the same condition as collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Failure to return a clean caravan will result in an additional charge of $250.00. If you are not intending to clean the caravan inside and out, please select the “clean the van for me” option when booking.
Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the caravan, additional cleaning fees will apply.
AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in very windy conditions or if the caravan is going to be left unattended.
Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty,dry and clean on return or a cleaning fee will apply off $500.00. GREY WATER tanks must be emptied prior to return.
DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it to us through the Camplify app. Please provide full detail (what, where, when, etc).
EMERGENCY: In the event of major damage or accident, please pull over immediately and contact Camplify for assistance. Then contact us through Camplify messages .

Hire Fee: From $130.00 per day
Service fee: $150.00
Delivery fee: $2.50 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Our holiday with Casa Madigan was brilliant the caravan was so cool it had everything you could think of. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable and it was nice to be able to have a hot shower after a day at the beach. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Dwayne

As a long term Camplify family this trip was the best! The van is by far the easiest to tow, very well appointed and very well looked after. Dwaynes hand over covered what we needed to know and was very well prepared with all sections covered via QR codes to YouTube videos if we were unsure. We will be back! Thanks Dwayne

It is everything you expect and more. Dwayne does a very good job at the handover and was happy to assist me even at 8pm when I forgot how to do something inside the van. I can truly recommend hiring from him and they will definitely hear from us in the future.
