With an easy pop-up roof for full headroom, and an easy extending King bed section at the rear. Inside, enjoy all the essentials for a relaxed getaway: cosy sleeping space for up to four people, thoughtfully arranged kitchen facilities, and an inviting interior perfect for ending the day in comfort. For added convenience, an electric awning and electric step make setup effortless, so you can settle in and start enjoying your surroundings with ease. Casa Madigan is built for all-weather living. Cook internally or externally, rain or shine, giving you the freedom to whip up meals no matter what the skies are doing. Please Note: • Minimum driver age: 25 years • Towing experience is essential – this caravan is not suitable for first-time towers or those without prior hands-on towing experience. ________________________________________ Towing Information To tow Casa Madigan safely and legally, the following requirements must be met: • Electric brakes are mandatory. If your vehicle isn’t equipped with an electric brake controller, a portable system can be provided for hire (7 pin flat); ensure you click that as an optional extra. • Towing mirrors are required. These can also be hired if your vehicle isn’t already fitted with suitable mirrors. Safety is our top priority. Please ensure your vehicle is rated to tow the weight of the caravan and complies with all legal towing requirements. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out for guidance before booking.

Hiring rules

  • CLEANING: Please return the caravan in the same condition as collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned to where you found them. Failure to return a clean caravan will result in an additional charge of $250.00. If you are not intending to clean the caravan inside and out, please select the “clean the van for me” option when booking.
  • Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the caravan; additional cleaning fees will apply.
  • AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in very windy conditions or if the caravan is going to be left unattended.
  • Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
  • TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty, dry and clean on return, or a cleaning fee will apply off $500.00. GREY WATER tanks must be emptied prior to return.
  • DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it to us through the Camplify app. Please provide full details (what, where, when, etc).
  • EMERGENCY: In the event of major damage or accident, please pull over immediately and contact Camplify for assistance. Then contact us through Camplify messages.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Absolutely outstanding experience that I would recommend to anyone. Can not speak highly enough of the owner Dwayne who was so helpful, patient and just a really great guy. The can was in top condition, easy to use and came with the most helpful YouTube tutorials. Even if you had other questions, Dwayne was always contactable Highly recommend!!

    Our holiday with Casa Madigan was brilliant the caravan was so cool it had everything you could think of. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable and it was nice to be able to have a hot shower after a day at the beach. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Dwayne

    As a long term Camplify family this trip was the best! The van is by far the easiest to tow, very well appointed and very well looked after. Dwaynes hand over covered what we needed to know and was very well prepared with all sections covered via QR codes to YouTube videos if we were unsure. We will be back! Thanks Dwayne
