  booking, pick up, handover and drop off was so easy with wa camper rentals and camplify. anneke and reniers communication was friendly, quick and easy. great business owners. I would definitely hire again but a newer van. the van itself had quite a few issues and if id have known about them, I would not have hired this van. the shower water comes from 5 x 15litre water jerry's and when moving the tube to a new jerry always had air pockets and threw cold water out. so we didnt shower in the van at all over the 8 day hire, which was disappointing as thats why we chose this one. the drawers magnets and locks didnt work and on many occasions some cupboards wouldn't unlock without constant perserverance. 2 locks broke off the draws so had to buy 2 long screws to use to keep them locked in. the cushions in dinette are used as the bed, and even though thick and firm, they were hard on the body to sleep on over the 8 nights. we both were quite sore every morning. we never made the bed up into dinette as there wasn't enough storage for the pillows and bed linen. other storage was ample for food and personal items. and under the table area was quite large for sups and snorkling gear. the van fob was tricky to use and locking/unlocking took quite a few presses before working. cabin seats were stock standard ones and quite uncomfortable after a few hours driving. getting used to the accelerator pedal high up was awkward as the foot was always on a high angel up. the awning was not used as it needed to be manually threaded through and at 3meters high, was not an option. I feel over all the van is better suited for short hires as quite used, uncomfortable and lots of broken slightly fixed issues or needs to have some upgrades like more hooks to hang wet items up in shower, new fob for access better locking cupboards and draws and larger water tank for shower

  Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our communication, handover process and overall service. We're pleased you found the booking experience easy and that you would consider hiring from us again. We'd like to respond to some of the points raised, as we believe additional context may be helpful for future guests. The shower system uses five separate 15-litre water containers rather than one large fixed tank. This has been a popular feature with many previous hirers, as the smaller containers are much easier to carry and refill at campsites without needing to move the vehicle or use long hoses. During the handover, we explained that when changing from one container to the next, a small amount of air enters the line. This is completely normal. Simply running the tap briefly once or twice allows the air to clear, after which the water flows normally. Had we been contacted during the hire, we would have happily talked you through the process again. Regarding the driver's seating position and accelerator pedal, these are standard factory specifications from Iveco and are not modifications made by us. The vehicle is also equipped with cruise control to improve comfort on longer drives. Comfort is naturally subjective, and we appreciate that different drivers have different preferences. The mattress consists of high-density foam, which is the standard material used throughout the motorhome industry. Softer foam generally allows occupants to bottom out onto the base, making it less comfortable for sleeping over time. Likewise, converting the dinette into a bed is a common layout in campervans and motorhomes. While this does mean some compromises with space, this model offers generous storage under the bed, in the cupboards and drawers, and has consistently received positive feedback from many previous guests regarding its storage capacity. With regard to the drawer and cupboard catches, we acknowledge this issue. These are standard motorhome latches that are commonly used throughout the industry, but we have continued working to improve them. Since your hire, we have replaced all of the catches, including the two drawer catches and cupboard latch you mentioned, and we'll continue refining them until we're completely satisfied with their performance. We've also taken your suggestion on board and will be adding additional hanging space inside the shower. The key fob operated correctly when tested upon your return. As a precaution, we replaced the battery to ensure it continues performing reliably for future hires. The awning supplied is the one shown in our listing photographs. A step is provided to assist with setup, and we discussed its operation during the handover. Unfortunately, due to the design of the vehicle and the way the sliding door extends to roof level, a wind-out or electric awning cannot be fitted. For guests wanting additional shade, we're always happy to offer alternative options such as a gazebo. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving our vehicles. While several of the points raised differ from the experience shared by many previous guestsincluding those who have hired this motorhome for much longer tripswe nevertheless value your comments and have already implemented improvements where appropriate.   It's a very tall van so your road vision while driving is excellent but you do need to be careful to drive to the road and weather conditions, especially in strong winds. As a sole hirer I could not use the annex as I could not reach high enough to extend it manually. This limited the use of outdoor space somewhat as I can not be in unshaded areas with my fair skin. The fold-out outdoor table was great for evenings and breakfast.

  We had an amazing time travelling around WA in Veco Deco. The van is spacious and has everything you need. Communication was good and Anneke and Reniers priority was always to make sure we have a good time. :)

  Our mini holiday was fantastic thanks to this van! Accommodation and transport all in one. Renier and Anneke were absolutely lovely. Very good communication thought the trip and very easy hand over and return. The van was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything you needed to have a comfortable stay, and was very simple to use which was great. Heaps of storage space and equiped with things you might need on your trip. It even had two cookers which is great when cooking meals. Tabes and chairs, cooking utensils and such. Good lighting, a tv, very nice. The bed was very easy to make up or set back into the little table seating. 100% would recommend. Thank you guys!!
