Special towing information Electric Brakes & Towing Mirrors are required when towing this caravan. **Please note: You DO NOT require electric brakes in your tow vehicle to tow this caravan. WE CAN SUPPLY YOU A PORTABLE BRAKE CONTROLLER unit called 'ElecBrakes'. An additional fee of $50.00 applies. Towing mirrors are required. You can hire a set from us for an additional fee of $30.00 per hire. Please indicate in your booking message if you would like to hire either the electric brakes or mirrors. This caravan has a 7 pin plug. Hiring rules
- Hirer must return our caravan clean (inside & out), with the toilet empty and all items washed and put back into place otherwise a $300.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED. We prefer small/medium low allergy pets only. Caravan must be returned completely clean with no remains of pet hair, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please provide the breed of your pet within your booking request.
- In an emergency, pull over immediately and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 who will call the NRMA and
- They will arrange support.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brendan 5.0Compact, clean and comfortable! We had an excellent time away in this van and couldnt be more stoked! Paul gave a very detailed handover and was helpful at answering any questions we had. He was easy going and made our first van hire a breeze. The van is extremely easy to tow, park and setup, particularly in small spaces. It has all the luxuries required for a weeklong getaway, without having to tow a longer van. We would highly recommend this van for couples to use as a clean and comfortable base camp to be able to come back to at night!!
