- This vehicle is GPS tracked -No smoking inside van -Sealed roads only-Evidence of off-road use will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee unless pre approval in writing. -Awning to be put down if severe weather with high winds is expected -Toilet cassette is to be emptied and toilet/cassette thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to van drop off or $300.00 fee will apply -please check your towing connection van has a 12 pin flat and a gray anderson hires responsibility to have a correct connection to tow vehicle

Hiring rules

• Standard Pick up is from 10.30AM unless otherwise agreed. Standard Drop off is by 3PM on the last day of hire. We aim to be flexible and work in with you regularly we will schedule earlier collections e.t.c lets just chat.
• Booking deposit must be received to Camplify within 24hrs of booking approval or the van will be relisted.
• No smoking inside
• No pets
• Hirer age restrictions 25 years
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• RV must return cleaned or risk of a cleaning fee
• Minimum towvehicle requirements is 3000kg
• Minimum licence requirements is full Australian Driver licence
• Brake controller available
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Owners were very accomodating and lovely to communicate with. We had to extend the van hire a couple of times and owners were very considerate each time. As first time caravan hires as family travelling from WA to NSW and back, there was not one time any of us in the family were complaining about wanting to be at home as The van was very comfortable for a family of 5, everything and more supplied (than we expected to the supplied) in the van, all we had to do was pack the fridge and our clothes and hit the road. Great experience. Highly recommend

  Fantastic experience renting from Jane and Alex! They were incredibly accommodating when we needed their caravan on such short notice. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process - they were responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy. The van itself is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our off-grid adventure with everything we needed, and surprisingly comfortable too. We felt right at home!
