Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rebekah 5.0We had a great experience with the pop top trailer Swift van! It was delivered right to our ensuite campsite and fully set up, which made everything super convenient. The van was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. Highly recommend for a hassle-free camping trip!
Hayden 5.0Matthew and his wife were fantastic to deal with. Exactly as described and they made their way out of area for set up and delivery. As a family of 5 kids 10, 3 & 1, we actually fit nicely with the fold down table bed. Highly recommend!
