Special towing information
Must have experience in towing. Caravan can be towed to your location at an agreed extra price. Van has a Cruisemaster D035 Hitch - We will supply our Hayman Reece tongue if yours is not suitable. Electric brakes are required. If you do not already have them installed we can provide the wireless controller for a $50 hire fee. Must have 7pin flat plug. Hiring rules
- Further than 250km radius from Redland Bay (pick up location) will incur a surcharge.

- Please discuss your plan upon booking.
- Off road Beach camping accepted depending on location. Dirt roads permitted but please advise us where.
- No smoking or vaping inside
- No pets. Unfortunately pet hair gets on everything and the hassle of removing this is vexing.
- Hirer age restrictions (25)
- Awning must be packed away before extreme bad weather arises and to be pegged down ALWAYS.
- Van must return cleaned (if not paying for a clean) or risk a fee
- Hirer must empty toilet cassette before returning van or a fee of $150.00 will incur. Must use the supplied toilet tablets.
- Standard pickup times/ dropoff times are after 4.30pm on weekdays, anytime can be arranged for weekends.
- A/C is only to be used on a powered site
- Service fee will cover the costs of replacing gas used, pantry items, full disinfect and minor wear and tear
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- CLEANING Return the van in a clean condition. Consider your travel location and if there is sand or mud that will require a vacuum or hose before return, please make sure to do so.
- Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads or beach access must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
