Hiring rules
- 🌴 Minimum 4 night hire during Qld/NSW/Vic school holidays.
- 🌴 Minimum 3 night hire outside the holiday periods. However owner is happy to consider any individual requests for minimum of two nights.
- 🌴 All rubbish be removed, dishes washed and van left in clean reasonable state otherwise extra cleaning charge will apply.
- 🌴 Any breakages or issues please report immediately to us so we can rectify as soon as possible for your comfort.
- 🌴 No smoking or pets in camper
- 🌴 When going out ensure the door is locked
- 🌴 $30.00 key replacement fee will be charged should the keys be lost
- 🌴 Please note $50.00 Set Up + $1.50 p/km delivery fee ($200.00 maximum) (This is established with you prior to booking confirmation)

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Peter 5.0The van presentation and amenity was excellent. All the necessary inclusions for a couple of weeks holiday. Jason quickly set-up the exterior (awnings and stabilizer jacks) whilst Rae attended to making beds, adjusting and setting blinds and curtains etc. Rae even left us a little treat package of corn chips and dip for our first afternoon sloth session at the camp table and chairs! Following our wonderful holiday, the pick-up was just as efficient.

Communication was clear and prompt, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. The van was delivered on time, fully set up, spotless, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. They even took the time to walk me through how everything worked, which was so appreciated as a mum travelling solo with kids. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend booking through themwell definitely be back!
