Easy to tow being so light and also electric brakes can be supplied for a small aditonal fee if required. With a spacious design, this expanding caravan is ideal for the large family wanting to make travel memories.
With an abundance of space, this caravan features 1 x Queen bed and 1 x double bed at each end with bamboo toppers, complete with storm covers for your peace of mind. Plus 2 additional bunks for the little ones. Bottom bunk comes with a fully secure baby cot and curtains to give you the peace of mind your baby is safe at night. The cot can easily be rolled up and stored away if it's not needed and can also be easily switched to an extra kids dinette/play area in next to no time.
And let's not forget the little luxuries! This caravan comes loaded with all the extras you need, including reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuite bathroom, tv/dvd player, microwave, gas/electric hot water system, pod coffee machine with pods and more. Everything you need to enjoy your home away from home.
Van comes complete with camping table and chairs, cutlery, plates, cups, pots and pans and all your basic kitchen utensils, kettle and toaster making sure you can enjoy camping in the beautiful Australian outdoors. We've even got some games packed in for the kids to keep them entertained!!

We love to take a webber bbq to set up the outdoor cooking station and additional fridge to keep the beers close outside. These additional items can be added when booking. Additional information
The caravan comes fitted with a bike rack suitable for taking 4 bikes. We like to take along an extra camping fridge that we keep outside which can be added extra for a small charge when booking if needed. We also have the Oz tent rv4 that can be added on as an extra. Perfect for next to the caravan for teenagers wanting their own space. Just ask when making a booking and we can give a price if this is something you might be interested in.
Hiring rules
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- No pets
- No smoking inside or near doorway/windows of van
- Awning to be brought in during high winds/adverse weather
- No off road or beach site bookings
- Children must be supervised when climbing to the upper bunk bed
- Bunk beds are not suitable for large adults, they are weight rated and not suitable in length
- Caravan must not be towed off road (corrugated rutted and un made roads) or any beach use
- If you are unsure if your vehicle is suitable to tow this caravan please let us know your vehicle details in the booking request
- Caravan must be cleaned and returned in the same original condition. If not returned in the same condition, then a cleaning fee of $150.00 for inside and $100.00 for outside will be charged. Red Dirt fee of $350.00 also applies.
- Please read and follow the instructions/booklet provided to prevent misuse or damage
- Please look after our caravan as if it is your own. We would prefer you contact us in the event you have any issues

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
