Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sosaia 5.0The Van was very good to travel and rest in for the time we had it! Amanda was very accommodating, highly recommended if you are looking for weekend trip or little longer and wanting the little comforts from home!
Martin 1.5We had no handover information, we had to clean the van before we could use it hair and food on the beds, clumps of hair in the bathroom, the toilet was used and dirty from prior use. The photos are very old on the advertisement and do not reflect thecondition of the van. The water system doesnt drain, the inclusion on the add were not included. We also could not get in touch with the hirer and still havent received any communications. Such a shame as it overshadowed our trip. Very disappointing and first time we have had this experience on Camplify.
