The caravan has a male, 7 pin flat electrical plug. If your vehicle requires an adapter it is your responsibility to provide it. Towing mirrors are required. Can be supplied on request. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on (02) 4075 2000 - they call the NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads(Karajini by special arrangement) NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Hiring rules
- The hirer must return the van in a clean and tidy condition. We will charge an excess cleaning fee of $200.00 if excess cleaning is required.
- NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR THE VAN. We will charge an excess cleaning fee of $200.00 if cigarette smoke is detected.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jay 5.0We had a last minute change from Coral Bay (hot and sunny) to Albany (cold and wet). Previously I'd hired a Jayco Lark for another Coral Bay trip but after spending a week in Albany, the extra space and comfort of Jen's Jayco Expanda was a blessing. I have a family of 6 (two adults, four children aged 11-16). This caravan housed us perfectly. The weather was too wet/cold to sit outside so we spent our evenings inside playing games at the table. An extra chair was required for all of us to fit at the table but other than that, it was ideal. The heater also warmed the caravan quickly and quietly. I would definitely hire this caravan again. Jen was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. What a chilled out gem of a human being she is. Thank you for all of your help Jen and I hope to use your van again in the future. Kind regards, Jay
