You can hire an Electric Brake Controller from me if you need one. Can not be towed at night. The van is GPS tracked which includes speed monitoring. In WA a towed vehicle can not exceed 100km/h. Speed data will be disclosed to insurance for any damage claims.

- Person hiring must be the one to tow the van
- no animals inside the van, we do have a ground peg which has 1 X long dog lead attached so your best friend is still close by!

- it's not a 4x4 caravan stick to level terrain .
- No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
- Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
- No smoking inside
- No pets inside the van
- No festivals
- Hirer age restrictions minimum age is 25
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Vehicle must be returned cleaned or there will be a cleaning fee.
- Standard pickup / dropoff times are 10am
- Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
- If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me! 0400 135 430
- Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kyle was very helpful - delivering and setting up the van less than 24 hours after we booked for a last minute getaway, and was responded quickly when I had any queries. Would definitely rent again and have already recommend to others.
