We will also include our welcome basket, tailored to the length of your hire: Tea, coffee, sugar, mini milks Olive oil, salt and pepper Dish soap, hand soap, dish cloths & scrubby sponge, tea towels, bath mat, Bin bags, toilet paper, suncrea, bug spray & gas. Wide mirrors for your car. Please note all items supplied are for use during your stay only. Any unused items to stay in the van. ***Please note you will need to bring your own linen ie. pillows/sheets/blankets/bath towels. We only provide tea towels and bath matts.
Hiring rules
- No smoking inside
- No pets on the bed or inside bench seats, pets can sleep on pet bed bed in the vehicle.
- Hirer to clean van & return in the same condition as it went out or cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply.
- Chemical toilet MUST be emptied and rinsed or fee of $150.00 will be applied.
- Care must be taken during awning setup, must not be setup during high winds.
- Van must stay in WA
- Maximum distance in WA North is Exmouth. Sorry no trips to Karrijini. Red dust just gets everywhere and puts excess wear on van.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
