Hiring rules

• PLEASE READ ME!
• You’ll hopefully find the answers to some of your questions below.
• Standard Operating Hours:
• These are by appointment between 7am & 5:30pm.
• We know that sometimes things don’t go to plan, but we always appreciate punctuality so we can help you get to your destination, and have the van back ready for the next adventurer.
• PICK UP:
• By Appointment
• We allow 30 minutes for the initial handover at pick up to give us time to explain the van to you. Please let us know your preferred time when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• DROP OFF
• The latest drop off time is 4:30pm.
• We highly recommend you aim to arrive at your destination before nightfall. If you have a long drive, consider having the van an extra day, to give yourself time to pack your gear
• DELIVERY / SETUP OPTION:
• For those of you who just want to arrive and relax...luxury hotel style, we can arrange to tow the van up to 150kms away from our Placid Hills depot for you. Starting at $1.80 per km. The fee includes transport, set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please note that delivery is subject to availability and a minimum charge.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The nonnegotiable service fee includes a thorough handover and phone support while you are away. The service fee does not cover cleaning.
• CLEANING:
• We love to keep our van clean and tidy and hope you will too. If you are unable or simply don’t want to clean the van interior and exterior, you can opt to pay the $50.00 ‘clean the van for me' option.
• WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER?
• The nonnegotiable Camplify booking fee covers really important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $3,000.00 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees, to give you peace of mind.
• INSURANCE:
• Our van is comprehensively insured but does not allow offroad travel. However a short slow transit into your site is permitted.
• Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage. The minimum age to tow or hire is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being $350.000 (equal to the bond). Please contact Camplify on Ph 1300 416 133 to discuss various options to reduce this liability.
• PRICING
• Hire fee: Our great rates start at $50.00 per day
• Service fee: $40.00
