If your vehicle isn't equipped with an electronic brake controller, a portable electronic brake controller can be used instead — they’re easy to operate. The portable Elecbrakes work only with flat 7 or 12 Pin plugs. We can also provide a DO35 Off-Road tow pin if you don’t have one. Please find the photos attached.

Monday – Thursday Pick-up: 4:00 PM | Drop-off: 4:00 PM Friday – Sunday Pick-up: 1:00 PM | Drop-off: 1:00 PM If you’d like an earlier pick-up or drop-off, please check with us in advance. Note : (For unpowered site) The van will be supplied with a fully charged battery. Under normal conditions, the battery typically lasts 1–2 days, depending on your usage. Please note: If you run the air conditioner, the battery will last for approximately 3 hours. A generator is included for extended power, but please check if your campsite allows generator use. If generators aren’t permitted, you may run out of power and be unable to use the van’s facilities for the remainder of your stay. Planning ahead will help you enjoy a smooth and comfortable trip! Hiring rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
- The van must be returned in a neat and clean condition.If it is not cleaned properly an additional $200.00 will be charged for cleaning.
- The toilet cassette MUST be emptied before dropoff.If the toilet cassette is not emptied before drop off an additional $200.00 will be charged.
- The van MUST not be towed on the beach or over rough offroad terrain.
- Towing on gravel roads is permitted.
- If your vehicle does not have a builtin electronic brake controller, you must use a portable one as part of your setup — they're simple to operate.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tayla 2.3We were never told the van had batteries that didn't work. We were not able to use the caravan to how we were told we would be able to, we paid a lot of money to hire the caravan and all we were able to do with it was sleep in it. We had no fridge that worked, no lights, we were not able to use the shower or toilet.
