  • Please return the caravan clean, tidy, and in the same shiny condition as when collected, ready for the next hire.
  • The toilet cassette must be emptied and sanitised before return. Cleaning and/or toilet servicing fees will apply if this is not completed.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Justin was really great to deal with and explained everything in detail when we picked the van up. The van itself was awesome and easy to set up making our holiday stress free. Would highly recommend and will definitely be hiring from Justin again in the future.

    Justin was great to deal with, from pick up to delivery, a thorough handover and a very pleasant person to deal with.
