IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Caravan Location The caravan is located in Wakerley, on the eastern side of Brisbane. Early Collection Policy Requests to collect the caravan prior to the commencement of the booking period at no charge will not be accommodated. Collection from late afternoon on the day prior to the commencement of the booking period can be negotiated prior to acceptance of the booking. Hiring rules

• By proceeding with a booking, guests agree to comply with the following hiring rules in addition to Camplify’s Terms and Conditions.
• General Use
• • The caravan must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as supplied, fair wear and tear excepted.
• • The caravan must not be sublet or used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from the owner.
• • All use of the caravan must comply with applicable road laws and local regulations.
• Collection & Return
• • Collection and dropoff times are between 9:00am and 4:00pm, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the booking.
• • The caravan must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur additional fees.
• • The caravan must be returned with the grey water tank emptied.
• • The cassette toilet must be emptied and thoroughly cleaned prior to returning the caravan. Take care when reinserting the toilet cassette to ensure it is properly fitted.
• • Any damage, faults, or issues must be reported to the owner immediately upon return or when identified.
• Cleaning
• • The caravan must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
• • All dishes, cooking equipment, and utensils must be washed, dried, and returned to their original locations.
• • The cassette toilet must be emptied and thoroughly cleaned prior to returning the caravan. Take care when reinserting the toilet cassette to ensure it is properly fitted.
• • Additional cleaning or sanitation fees may apply if the caravan, toilet, or exterior (including excessive sand or mud) is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
• Smoking & Pets
• • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the caravan at any time.
• • Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been granted.
• OffRoad & Beach Use
• • The caravan is offroad capable and may be taken onto beaches, provided the owner is notified prior to booking. Any required permits are the responsibility of the hirer.
• • The caravan must not be taken through saltwater or onto closed, restricted, or unsafe tracks.
• • Any damage, recovery costs, or additional cleaning resulting from inappropriate terrain use, including sand or salt exposure, will be the responsibility of the hirer.
• Towing & Safety
• • The hirer is responsible for ensuring their tow vehicle is suitable, compliant, and legally rated to tow the caravan.
• • If the Cruisemaster DO35 hitch connection pin needs to be supplied, it MUST be returned at the completion of the hire.
• • All safety and operating instructions provided during handover must be followed at all times.
• Electrical Systems & Appliances
• • Only approved power leads and adaptors supplied with the caravan are to be used.
• • The hirer is responsible for monitoring battery levels, water usage, and waste tanks throughout the hire period.
• GPS Tracking
• • The caravan is fitted with GPS tracking for security and insurance purposes.
• • By booking this caravan, the hirer acknowledges and consents to GPS tracking during the hire period.
• • GPS data is used solely for security, recovery, and compliance purposes.
• Breakdowns & Damage
• • Any breakdowns, accidents, or damage must be reported to the owner immediately.
• • The hirer may be liable for repair or replacement costs (including insurance excess) not covered by insurance.
• Prohibited Activities
• • No illegal activities are permitted in or around the caravan.
• • Climbing on the roof or making unauthorised modifications to the caravan is strictly prohibited.

• Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

  First of all, Daniel is a really nice and helpful person, we have just had a good time with his camper trailer for 4 days, everything in the van looks new, only the locks of the tool box got a bit tricky, but I think they will surely fixed it for your next trip!
