Find the answers to most of your questions about the booking of our vans below. ***IMPORTANT: Your vehicle will need an electronic brake system fitted BEDDING CONFIGURATION 1x Queen Size Island Bed 2x Extra-large bunk beds WHAT MAKES THIS VAN EXTRA SPECIAL - Compressor Fridge - Extra Strong Suspension and raised Chassis for extra protection - 3 internal Fans and Air-Conditioning - Internal Washing Machine - 3 200W Solar Panels - Bike Rack PICK UP AND DROP-OFF TIMES ARE FLEXIBLE BUT BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Please allow 1 hour for handover at the time of picking up the caravan. ** PLEASE NOTE we recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to set up your campsite. It's no fun having to set up something new in the dark. PRICING: Pricing is charged per DAY Camplify's calendar charges for the days you select unlike when you book a hotel. OFF-PEAK RATE: $115.00 per day (all other dates) PEAK RATE: $140.00 per day (school holidays, long weekends, all of December and events) **School holiday periods require a 7-day minimum booking** PEAK DELIVERY, SET UP & PICK UP FEE $1.00.5p/klm each way OFF-PEAK DELIVERY, SET UP & PICK UP FEE $1.00p/klm each way **Delivery fees will need to be added manually, please let me know if you require this and what the exact location is, so I can work out the price for you. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The service fee includes incidentals, gas for the vans and maintenance. The service fee DOES NOT cover cleaning & things like mud, sand or salt-covered vans -- nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $199.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option. If travelling outback (with approval) all red dirt must be cleaned from the van or 'outback clean' option must be selected. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24-hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable. INSURANCE: Our van comprehensively insured. Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage caused by off-road use. The minimum age to tow our van is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being at $150.000 (equal to the bond). Please contact Camplify on Ph 1300 416 133 to discuss various options to reduce this liability if you wish. HIRING RULES Must be over 25 years old to hire. No smoking in or around the van. The van must be returned clean, tidy and toilet emptied unless you have paid extra for us to clean it for you under extra products.
