- Tiny house must be clean at time of pick up.
- Fridge to be clean at time of pick up.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Donna 4.8I hired the Batesworth for my parents to stay for 2 months from overseas and it was perfect for them, it had everything that they needed including air conditioner, fridge, microwave, and balcony they loved it! Thank you to Chris and team you guys were awesome the tiny house spot was tricky to get into but u guys managed highly recommend and would definitely hire again! Thanks Donna :)
