Please note: Off road /Beach driving: This van is equiped for off road/ not sealed roads including beach driving is to be pre organised, and permits are organised and payed for at hirers cost. If Van is to be taken onto sand ( for example Fraser Island). Additional charges will apply to the service fee for beach driving of $100.00. Delivery: If you require delivery and set up and collection an additional $1.50 per km round trip, and to be organised prior to booking. Cleaning, If your running out of time please select cleaning option. Toilet Cleaning, Dump points must be used before returning of van.

Hiring rules

• Important information to read prior to booking:
• The service Fee Covers: Gas bottle refill, Toilet paper, coffee, tea, chemical is for the toilet, a refill of the cleaning pack and basic hand over.
• Please allow extra booking time for you to pack the van before your departure and cleaning afterwards. (If you need extra time to clean book a extra day)
• Please Note
• if the caravan is returned with mud, sand and red dust a including the underbody, you will be charged $250.00 out of your bond.
• Please select the out back cleaning fee, for Alice Springs, and out back QLD Tavel this is mandatory for all beach and outback trips.
• Unsealed roads must be pre approved with owned before booking, please use portal to message.
• Please make your self familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage, road side assistance.
• The Van must be returned in the same condition/ cleanliness as it was handed over to you.
• Toilet Hire: it must be returned emptied ands cleaned, If cleaning is necessary we will, be charging $150.00 for this.
• Lost key fee, in the case of lost keys a additional charge of $50.00,
• Please No smoking/vapping inside the van.
• Small dogs allowed, please discuss with owner prior to booking.
• Damage All damage must be reported immediately, with details of the incident, and photographs.
• Emergency If an accident occurs, please contact Camplify on 1300 416 133.
• Public holiday, please discuss prior with the owner for pick up and drop off times.

  We had this van for a long hire (3 months). Very comfortable van. There were some issues which the owner addressed. Van was easy to tie but took some adjustment on our behalf as wed previously towed a camper trailer. Owner was very good with communication especially at the beginning when it was all new to us. Recommended.

  The van was in as-new condition. Ryan an Corinna were incredibly helpful and on call for all our questions on the road and during setup. Wed recommend them to anyone looking to get out of town!

  The van was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. Nice and clean and ready to go on pick up. Ryan was great to deal with. Responds quickly to messages. He provided a detailed handover and was happy to answer any questions we had during the hire. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended.
