Hiring rules

• Minimum hirer age is 25 years;
• Pick up van from Top Camp, Toowoomba;
• Soft luggage and bedding only to be stored inside van no hard luggage, bikes, prams, chairs, tables, fridges etc.,
• Caravan is to be returned as clean as hired;
• Toilet needs to be emptied and cleaned properly (failure to clean toilet will incur a $200.00 cleaning fee);
• All damage must be reported even if only minor.
• Definitely no smoking in van.
• Pets allowed on approval but are definitely not allowed on the bed, to kept outside the van where possible.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Our van rental experience with Violet was nothing short of amazing! Sid and Angela were so down to earth and absolutely lovely to deal with nothing was ever too much trouble. We were so glad we decided to have Sid set up the van for us. He took the time to reverse it in and out multiple times until we had the perfect view, then carefully walked us through all the ins and outs, making sure everything was secure before he left. As someone who likes to pack everything, I was amazed at how much storage space there was in such a tiny space. The van was immaculate and so thoughtfully stocked every time I thought I should probably bring this, it turned out it was already in the van even down to a grater! The mid-stay check-in message to make sure we were doing okay was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel looked after. We honestly cant thank Sid and Angela enough for making our first couples camping experience so enjoyable. Well definitely be recommending Violet to anyone looking for an stress-free and memorable getaway!

  Angela's van was very comfortable, they came out to Inglewood & set the van up & removed it once I was finished with it. Beautiful van which suited me to a tee. I will have no hesitation to book this van again. It was a perfect van to use off grid & well set up for it. I will give Angel's van a rating of 5 out of 5.

  First time using a van. Violet was a good choice. Easy to tow. All we needed. Syd and Angela were great to deal with.
