Additional information
The delivery cost includes the cost of delivery of the van to the desired location where it will stay for the duration of the hire, set up of all amenities, tables, beds made (if you are hiring linen), and everything ready for your arrival. Then it will cover the cost to retrieve the van and return to our home after pack up. (Please note this does not mean the van does not need cleaning before pick up, it is to be given back in the condition you received it in on your handover).
Hiring rules
- Prices are charged per day minimum hire 7 days during peak periods.
- Peak Period December and January.
- **SERVICE FEE**
- Covers prehire hand overs, gas bottle top ups, full detailed clean and general inspections and tests. Please note that this does NOT cover for cleaning the van upon your return. if you would like the van cleaned then please select that option when booking or please return the van cleaned as it was received.
- **BOOKING FEE**
- Note: Camplify apply booking fee to each booking subject to duration. This will be displayed when you select your booking dates.
- ** Delivery Times **
- Please coordinate and nominate your preference when booking we will try to accommodate this as much as possible (we work also so have to coordinate). This will allow for smooth thorough hand overs. Please note handover and drop offs take a minimum of 30 mins. You will need to present for both and have a valid licence to be photographed for the hire to commence (Camplify Policy)
- No smoking in van. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fee.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older
- Linen is provided for Double bed only. 2 x bath towels and 3 x tea towels included.
- Mattress protector on bed must be used at all times and will be cleaned between each hire use.
- The optional extra "Please clean van for me" does NOT include toilet waste removal.
- Toilet must be emptied and cleaned before its returned $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- **DAMAGE**
- If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- **CLEANING**
- Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We are a hardworking farming family who don't get to enjoy a lot of holidays, so we have bought a van to hopefully make use of ducking away for a quick weekend here or there, but we would love to share this with other families as well and hope that you will treat it like your own whilst hiring it from us.
