With three fixed bunks and a full-size east to west bed, (tucked at the front of the van, there’s plenty of space for everyone to sleep soundly. The internal dining area is roomy and comfortable and can convert into a sixth berth suitable for a child if needed. Special towing information

An electric brake controller must be fitted to the tow vehicle and tow mirrors are required. We offer portable electric brake controllers for hire which you can add to your booking in optional extras along with tow mirrors. Towing mirrors required by law. These clamp to the top of your side view mirrors. Portable brake controllers run through your rear door or window and plug into the 12v socket in your dash with the controller sitting next to you.

Hiring rules

  • Important Terms & Conditions for Your Caravan Hire
  • Please read the following carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
  • Deposit
  • • A deposit is required within 48 hours of your booking being approved.
  • • If your deposit is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be canceled.
  • ❌ Cancellations
  • • Please review Camplify’s Cancellation & Refund Policy prior to booking.
  • • Tax invoices can be obtained via Camplify directly.
  • * we have no involvement in payments, refunds, cancellations >> Contact Camplify
  • 📅 Hire Duration
  • • All hires are charged per day, not per night.
  • For example, if your booking ends on the 1st, the caravan must be returned on that day—not the morning of the 2nd.
  • 🚚 Delivery Charges
  • • Delivery fees vary depending on your location.

  • Cleanliness Expectations & Fees
  • We love our van, and you should too. To help keep it in excellent condition, please note:
  • • If the exterior is returned dirty, you’ll be charged a $600.00 cleaning fee.
  • (Yes, that’s steep. Because lastminute washing is hard to arrange and the van deserves better.)
  • • If you did not select the interior cleaning addon and the van is returned unclean, you’ll be charged $100.00/hour for cleaning (1hour minimum).
  • We assume you’re returning it clean if you didn’t opt for the service.
  • • If the toilet cassette is not emptied, cleaned, and dosed with the provided chemical, a $150.00 fee applies—regardless of whether cleaning was selected.
  • If the cassette is overfull, the fee applies automatically.
  • • A $250.00 fee will be charged if a pet was in the van without prior approval.
  • Some vans are petfriendly—this one might not be, so please ask first.
  • • All food, rubbish, and personal items must be removed prior to return—even if cleaning was selected.
  • Damages, Missing Items & Replacements
  • • Please report any damage, faults, or missing items immediately so we can sort things quickly and fairly.
  • • If any items are missing upon return (cutlery, crockery, camp chairs, etc.), you’ll be charged for:
  • • The cost of replacement, and
  • • $30.00/hour for time spent sourcing replacements.
  • • If something is damaged or lost during your trip, please notify us in advance. You’re welcome to replace the item yourself, or we can arrange it.
  • 📦 Left Items
  • • Forgotten personal belongings can be returned at your expense.
  • • You’ll be charged for postage plus a $30.00 handling fee.
  • (Or, just remember to take your stuff with you—it’s cheaper.)
  • Handover
  • • A handover session is required when you collect the van.
  • It covers how everything works and takes around 30 minutes, so please allow extra time.
  • Short version? Respect the van, don’t ghost your cleaning duties, and tell us if you break something. We’re not monsters—but we will invoice like ones.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Absolutely fantastic service!! Dennis and Jade went above and beyond to make our ALEC stay stress free and comfortable. Beautiful clean van with a much appreciated air con on a hot weekend. Lovely to have a home base feel at our daughters horse comp. Fabulous service guys!!
