Please take a moment to review the following important details before your trip: 📌Delivery Fees • Delivery is calculated based on distance and travel time. >>>>>>> Delivery rates are in the photos - When you send your booking request and tell us the delivery location, we can approve your booking immediately because we add the delivery fee when we approve it. If you do not tell us, then they cannot approve your request and someone else might get the booking. <<<<<<<<< 📌Cleaning Expectations Help us keep the van tidy for the next guests: • If you haven’t selected a cleaning add-on, the van must be returned clean—inside and out. • If returned dirty, a cleaning fee will apply. • If you’ve travelled on dirt or off-road tracks, the van must be thoroughly cleaned before return. (If cleaning wasn’t pre-arranged, an off-road cleaning fee will be added on top of any other charges.) 📌Travelling Long Distances or Off the Beaten Track? If you’re heading into remote areas or planning a long journey: • Please send us your itinerary in advance so we can confirm the route is suitable. • This helps us suggest any optional extras you might need to make your trip safer and easier. 📌Optional Extras & Equipment Return If you’ve hired additional gear (e.g. generator, privacy screen, etc.): • You’re responsible for any damage, repairs, or replacement. • Generators must be returned full of fuel. • All items should be returned clean and in good condition. 📌In Summary • Confirm delivery details with us if needed • Clean the van before return (unless cleaning add-on selected) • Clean thoroughly after off-road travel • Return all extras in clean, working condition Questions? • Please read the following carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• • A deposit is required within 48 hours of your booking being approved.
• • If your deposit is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be canceled.

• 📅 Hire Duration
• • All hires are charged per day, not per night.
• For example, if your booking ends on the 1st, the caravan must be returned on that day—not the morning of the 2nd.

• • Delivery fees vary depending on your location.

• Cleanliness Expectations & Fees
• We love our van, and you should too. To help keep it in excellent condition, please note:
• • If the exterior is returned dirty, you’ll be charged a $600.00 cleaning fee.
• (Yes, that’s steep. Because lastminute washing is hard to arrange and the van deserves better.)
• • If you did not select the interior cleaning addon and the van is returned unclean, you’ll be charged $100.00/hour for cleaning (1hour minimum).
• We assume you’re returning it clean if you didn’t opt for the service.
• • If the toilet cassette is not emptied, cleaned, and dosed with the provided chemical, a $150.00 fee applies—regardless of whether cleaning was selected.
• If the cassette is overfull, the fee applies automatically.
• • A $250.00 fee will be charged if a pet was in the van without prior approval.
• Some vans are petfriendly—this one might not be, so please ask first.
• • All food, rubbish, and personal items must be removed prior to return—even if cleaning was selected.

• Damages, Missing Items & Replacements
• • Please report any damage, faults, or missing items immediately so we can sort things quickly and fairly.
• • If any items are missing upon return (cutlery, crockery, camp chairs, etc.), you’ll be charged for:
• • The cost of replacement, and
• • $30.00/hour for time spent sourcing replacements.
• • If something is damaged or lost during your trip, please notify us in advance. You’re welcome to replace the item yourself, or we can arrange it.

• 📦 Left Items
• • Forgotten personal belongings can be returned at your expense.
• • You’ll be charged for postage plus a $30.00 handling fee.
• (Or, just remember to take your stuff with you—it’s cheaper.)

• Handover
• • A handover session is required when you collect the van.
• It covers how everything works and takes around 30 minutes, so please allow extra time.
• ⸻
• Short version? Respect the van, don’t ghost your cleaning duties, and tell us if you break something. We’re not monsters—but we will invoice like ones.

  We hired a caravan from Dennis at Tamworth and North West Caravan Hire for our holiday, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The team delivered and set up the van with great care, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they also provided a few everyday essentials, which added a nice touch to the stay. Well definitely be hiring from them again in the future!
