Additional information
When booking a caravan site, be mindful that the overall length is 27ft. Electronic brake controller supplied. Towing mirrors can be supplied.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in caravan.
- If the hirer is choosing to clean the van, cleaning products are supplied. A cleaning fee of $190.00 is required if the van is picked up/returned in an untidy state. If toilet/shower area needs cleaning, a fee of $285.00 is required. If owner is required to empty and clean the toilet cartridge, a $190.00 fee applies.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
