• We kindly ask for the van to returned clean.
• The toilet is a chemical toilet and has to be emptied Prior return.
• There is a additional cleaning and detailed clean and sanitisation fee $100.00
• No smoking in or around near entry ways of van.
• Any loss or damage will be quoted and taken from bond.
• Up to and including 8 days from the start of the booking: full refund minus admin fee* or 100% credit
• 7 3 days from the start of the booking: 90% credit of the total value of the booking (10% total value of the booking is not refundable)
• 2 days from the start of the booking: no refund or credit
• Full vehicle details to be supplied prior to towing, including towing capacity,

• Electronic breaks and extension mirrors will be supplied .
