SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIOD For School holidays here in QLD, a minimum of 5 day hire is required due to peak demand. Outside of these times, the 3 day minimal is required. DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: We only offer delivery, we can arrange to tow the van up to 1,000kms away from us to you. At only $2.50 per km inclusive of toll fees, this service is very popular. The total distance is for the return trip. For example, if your destination is 50kms away, then the cost would be $250.00. The fee includes transport to your destination, complete set up and pack up of the van, and a complete handover taking you through how the van works and how to use it. Please note on average this is around 6 - 8 hours of time for me and fuel usage on the towing vehicle is double when towing. WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? The non-negotiable service fee includes gas, kitchen items and a thorough handover. The service fee does not cover cleaning. We include above and beyond other hirers, we include kitchen essentials such as sauces, salt and pepper, cleaning products, paper towels, toiler paper, coffee, tea, sugar, Band-Aids, repellent, Panadol, etc. We want you be able to enjoy your stay and not have to worry about anything else except your food. CLEANING: We love to keep our van clean and tidy and hope you will too. We holiday in this van as we use it ourselves a lot during the year. If you are unable or simply don’t want to clean the van interior and exterior, you can opt to pay the 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the 'clean the van for me including toilet' option. If the van is not cleaned inside and out, we really don't want to take this out of your bond, please be mindful of this. If the van is an absolute mess, an "excessive cleaning fee" will apply of $300.00 that will come out of your bond. WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The non-negotiable Camplify booking fee covers really important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $3,000.00 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees, to give you peace of mind. INSURANCE: Our van is comprehensively insured but does not allow off-road travel. However a short slow transit into your site is permitted. Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage. The minimum age to tow or hire is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being $150.000 (equal to the bond). Please contact Camplify on Ph 1300 416 133 to discuss various options to reduce this liability if you wish or select the options available to you on booking.

Hiring rules

• COMMON RULES
• Some festivals allowed but with certain conditions
• No full offroad, light and gravel roads to a destination and internal property is ok
• No smoking inside
• No pets unless they have outside kennels and do not enter the van at all
• Hirer age restrictions (OVER 25+)
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises, I do have anti flap kits
• Caravan must return cleaned or risk a fees.
• Any damage major or minor will be taken out of bond or insurance
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. These things happen and its best to let me know asap so we can sort it out.
• NO Smoking inside
• CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. If excessive cleaning is required such as mud, food mess/stains, spills or anything deemed above the normal, this will incur an additional charge regardless if you have chosen "clean the van for me" option.

  This is the third year we have hired the caravan off Paul & every year we have a wonderful booking experience. Paul sets everything up just like if it was his own family holiday. There is everything you can think of in the van - even salt & pepper! Paul is always very responsive & understanding when we call with novice caravanning questions. Hopefully we can continue to hire with Paul for many years to come!

  Paul's caravan is amazingly comfortable and well set up. It has all the mod-cons and is well stocked with basic consumables (pantry, kitchen, cleaning, bathroom, etc). We were comfortably warm the whole time, even though it was Winter, and really enjoyed having a warm shower in the caravan rather than the cold amenities block! It has an air-con so I imagine it was be nice and cool in Summer too. Delivery and handover was a breeze - Paul is an Olympic level reverser! - and we felt we had a enough knowledge to thoroughly enjoy our stay. Paul was contactable when we needed it, and we knew we could call him if necessary. Highly recommended.

  Communication is great, Paul takes great pride in the vans appearance, there are so many optional extras that come with the hire we never cooked inside.
