Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was a great family camper, our family of 4 had a great long weekend in the northern rivers over the Australia Day weekend. Justin was great to deal with and easy to contact and talk to about any concerns you might have.

    This was an awesome experience for my family, Justin was very informative and helpful, as this was our first time towing a van. Justin was also available for the little hipcups during our holiday which was so good for us. The van is very comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. I would recommend hiring this van for your holiday. We will be hiring this van again for our next adventure(can't wait) 5 star rating from our family:)
