Please confirm your age, travel location (region) & proposed pick up time during the booking process. **TIP - Pre-book your campsite/caravan park site, especially during PEAK holiday periods!! LOCATION - Pick up in Ballarat VIC. AJ can be collected for your hire (by negotiation) anytime from 10am - 7pm on the day of hire, and returned anytime from 10am - 5pm on your return day. If required these times may be negotiated during the booking process. We understandably need to be aware of the kilometres that AJ's engine does. Therefore, we have a general guideline of no more than 150km for each day that the van is hired, if hiring period is for less than 7 days. For example, If you hire the van for 5 days, you've got roughly 750km to go through over those days. You will be charged .75c per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplify's pre/post hire checklist. EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me! DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended harsh Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside FUEL - please return full of UNLEADED 91 (NOT e10 it makes AJ sick!) - All hires include a full tank upon departure. Please note Camplify adds fees to bookings. The basic cost is as above, but there are additions that will be shown on your end before you confirm your booking. Owners cannot see these additions and do not receive them.

Hiring rules

• Max 150km/day. $0.75/km after 150km.
• Van limited to Victoria.
• Peak and Off Peak rates apply.
• Care instructions for AJ :)
• No Smoking inside please.
• Please be aware that on the day of your booking there will be an extensive prehire check where you will be shown how everything in the van works which can take up to an hour so plan in advance for this.
• Must be driven on made roads only AJ doesn't do offroad!.
• Put all items in the vehicle away correctly before travelling (power leads, water hoses, crockery, etc.)
• No transporting of items such as bicycles, scooters, etc. inside the campervan.
• Driver must note the specific vehicle dimensions for driving under bridges, etc.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Must be returned clean and tidy (or arrange clean for me option $75.00)

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
