Harvey is a beautiful van, with a new fit out and a simply stunning design! He is ready to take you on your next travel adventure, either down the beach or camping in the bush.
Harvey is a Toyota Hiace LWB with manual transmission. He is very easy to drive and you will enjoy the creature comfits of a modern campervan! This awesome campervan is equipped to go off grid.
He was recently fitted out with this sleek, Instagram worthy design and features solar on the roof, a 50L water tank, a 50L Bushman fridge/freezer, a comfy double bed with extra soft mattress topper, a pull out stainless steel kitchen draw with a butane gas double cooktop burner, stylist soft closing drawers in the kitchen, large stainless steel sink, outdoor cold water shower (for rinsing after a surf/swim), MaxxAir ceiling ventilation fan, sirocco 12v A/C fan, multiple USB and 12v charging ports, and 240v capability for staying at powered sites in caravan parks.
For your safety, he has a reversing camera. For entertainment the car is fitted with an Apple car pay/Android auto system with Bluetooth connection. Harvey has so much storage, you'll be surprised what you can pack. He has 2 huge rear drawers for all your stuff, plus a large 3m pull out awning and roof racks for your surf boards.
The kitchen will be stocked with all your cutlery, plates, plastic cups, mugs, pots and pans. The 50L water tank full for washing dishes and/or shower (non drinking). A small basic pantry will be included. We also offer tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, tomato and chilli sauce and some spices, plus Vegemite. The use of the kettle and coffee percolator is a must in the mornings. You will be supplied with 2 camp chairs, a fold out kitchen table, so you can enjoy the outdoor dining experience.
Harvey The Hiace is located in Sunbury, only 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, with easy access to the freeway. There is parking available, if you need to leave your car here, otherwise I would suggest to get an Uber to the pick up address.
Generous daily 200km allowance (calculated over the whole trip length, so for a 3 day booking, you can travel 600km), $0.30 for each additional km over that. Calculated at the end of the trip. There is a freeway tolls E-Tag in the Van, so any tolls used will be charged at the end of the trip.

Hiring rules
- 1. Pick up is from 10am. Drop off is by 5pm. Minimum 3 day hire. During peak periods, longer bookings are required. Please confirm your drop off time by SMS message on that day, to arrange handover. (Changes in times can usually be accommodated for an extra fee).
- 2. To hire Harvey, you must be 25 years of age, or older.
- 3. If you would like to take Harvey over the boarder, please request permission to do so. Approval is usually provided for most trips that are longer than 5 days.
- 4. Sorry, no music festivals or beach parties.
- 5. Please drive Harvey on sealed roads only, no off road 4x4 tracks, no sandy beaches or extended dirt road driving. Driving up to a camp site is allowed, he just doesn't like long dirt roads.
- 6. Please no smoking or vaping inside van.
- 7. Please respect Harvey and treat him as your own Campervan. He will love you for it!
- 8. No pets allowed.
- 9. Please fill up the petrol tank on your return with Unleaded 91. You will be given a full tank of petrol at the beginning of your trip. Should Harvey not be returned full, additional fees will apply.
- 10. If any damage happens (small or large), please report it immediately. The who, what, where and when will be required. Just give me a call to discuss.
- 11. If you are involved in an accident, pull over and be safe. Call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 they will advise you on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me.

- 13. Harvey must be clean and tidy on his return home. All dishes, cutlery and pots must be washed, put away and all rubbish disposed of responsibly. Please remove all food and drinks from the fridge. If Harvey is returned dirty on the outside or inside, a cleaning fee will apply. There is a carwash not far away from the pick up/drop off location in Sunbury. A quick scrub & rinse, no automatic bays, as it may damage the solar panels.
- 14. Harvey will have a full inspection done upon your return, to ensure no damage has occurred. This will include all of the accessories included. To receive no further charges, the van must be returned in the same condition, as which you received it.
- 15. Harvey will be full of water (50L) from the start of your hire. This is non drinking water, only for washing up and/or showers. You do not have to fill it back up upon your return.
- 16. There is an ETag in the Campervan, so if you choose to take a Freeway or Tollway, all fees and charges are the responsibility of the Hirer. The toll fees must be paid within 5 days of the trip ending. Should we receive any unpaid toll notices, this will be sent to you and extra fees will apply.
- 17. Any illegal parking fees or towing fees, will be the sole responsibility and at the expense of the hirer. If you are free camping, please check online for approved areas or free camping sites.
- 18. Full Linen supplied for $20.00 per booking, including 4 pillows, fitted sheet, doona and extra blanket (winter season).
- 19. Unlimited km's for bookings 10 days and over. Bookings under 10 days are limited to 200km's per day. (E.g. 3 day booking = 600kms total). You will be charged $0.30 cents per kilometre for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated at the post hire handover and will be billed at the end of the trip.
- 20. A fun games pack is also available to hire, games include, Bouche, Uno, Cards, Connect 4, Backgammon & Cluedo. An extra fee of $15.00 will apply.
- 21. Fuji Polaroid camera available for hire, with a pack of 10 photos included. An extra fee of $30.00 will apply.
- 22. A beach umbrella & 2 beach towels are available for hire, an extra fee of $20.00 will apply.
- 23. 1 x 15kg bag of firewood and firelighter, is available to purchase, an extra fee of $25.00 will apply.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
