Available for offgrid use for a maximum of 48 hours (additional cost for generator to sustain off grid camping) but I'd highly recommend powered sites. EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise you how to call the NRMA. Then call/txt me
Strictly no festivals
Minimum 10 days hire over Christmas/New Years
4 day minimum during long weekends.
Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of booking approval
Return the van in the same cleanliness that it was given, if excessively dirty a $550.00 cleaning fee will be applied
Blocked pipes=$300.00 cleaning fee. Please remove all food scraps from plates before washing.
Remove all items from the fridge. Dirty fridge=200 cleaning fee.
400km/day allowance included in booking fee, excess km's will need to be approved before hire
Report any damage immediately either by text msg or phone call
Strictly no offroad driving
Please refill fuel and generator before returning or an additional fee will be applied
Toll fees not included
Linen is available for $50.00 per person.
No smoking and no pets
Pick up and drop off times between 10am 5pm (10am1pm during peak season)
$100.00 Fee per hour for late return

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Great experience! We had the campervan for 2 weeks and it was exactly what we hoped for: easy-to-use, very versatile, well equipped. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly, Fawzi was very helpful and arranging. Highly recommended !

The pick up was very easy. Fawzi was very kind to explain the things we should know about using the features on the van, which is amazing because it was our first experience using campervan. The drive was smooth no mechanical problem. One night we did not stay at a powered camp and it was a freezing night for us inside the van, so if you have plan on being unpowered, be better prepared than us, like extra blankets or check if all the windows are closed thight (we forgot lol). On the last night, the waterpump did not work and Fawzi responded quickly trying to help us fix the issue. Luna travel is recommended for first timers like us who need starter info and steady support.
