Based in Ballarat, Victoria, we also offer delivery and pickup to nearby locations for an additional fee of $2.00 a kilometer from our location, that needs to be paid before your hire date. Hiring rules

• $100.00 per day – All days except public holidays
• $130.00 per day – Public holidays
• Please note that Camplify applies additional fees to bookings. The base cost is as listed above, but additional charges will be displayed on your end before confirming your booking. These fees are not visible to owners and do not go to BB Campers.
• If you are planning a large trip over 2000km in under a week, there will be an additional charge of 30 cents per kilometre. This extra fee does not apply to bookings over a week.
• EMERGENCY – If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will contact the NRMA. Then call me.
• NO SMOKING – No smoking inside the van, but outside is fine.
• DAMAGE – If damage happens to the van, you must report it immediately. Who, what, where and when will be required. You will be required to replace or pay to replace any damaged provided equipment.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads.
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• FUEL – Return full of UNLEADED 91. All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING – Please clean the equipment. The van itself does not need to be cleaned, however, if the van needs excessive cleaning, a charge will be incurred ($20.00).
• PICK UP/DROP OFF – You can pick up the van anytime after 6am on the day of your hire and you must return it by 6pm on the final day of your hire. Early pickup or late dropoff may be available.
• TOLLS – If you incur any tolls during your trip, they will be passed on to you from Camplify after the hire is completed.
• Extras – Gazebo $40.00 per booking. Delivery of the van may be available ($2.00 per kilometre from BB Campers' location). Pets incur an extra charge of $30.00 per booking.
• Please be aware that on the day of your booking, there will be an extensive prehire check where you will be shown how everything in the van works. This can take up to 45 minutes, so please plan in advance for this.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  We booked the camper van to do a little trip up the great ocean rd, the car was perfect to drive with amazing fuel efficiency. It was comfortable sleep and was easy to set up for dinners. definitely would book again!!
