Hiring rules
- KM LIMIT
- 200km limit for bookings of 2 nights (perfect for a weekend on the Great Ocean Road)
- 500km limit for bookings of 35 nights
- 800km limit for bookings of 5 or more nights
- A fee of 0.75c per km over the km limit will be charged.
- FUEL
- Please return the van with the same amount of fuel as when picked up
- LINEN ($10.00 extra)

- CLEANING
- Please treat the van with respect and keep him nice and tidy. A fee of $100.00 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
- HONOUR SYSTEM
- If any item is lost or damaged during your stay, please be honest and let us know. We are very reasonable with the cost to repair damages or replacing costs where we can.
- DRIVERS
- Drivers must be over the age of 22
- VAN RULES
- No smoking inside the van
- No more than 3 x people sleeping in the van
- No offroad driving (including on beaches and unsealed roads) except in designated camping/holiday park sites.
- No candles in the van
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Liz 5.0Had an amazing time away, jean claude was a brilliant travel companion, much needed time away with my fur baby and a mate, easy pick up and drop of, travelled well on the ferry, and nice smooth drive, everything easy to access and comfy for a great night sleep, have returned home feeling refreshed and my fur baby is exhausted from the adventure which I always love to see, thanks heaps for sharing jean claude much appreciated

Corinna 4.8This van was a great experience to me. Especially the possibility to switch of electricit and fridge centrally, so the nights sleep is smooth, was great. Unfortunately, I did not figure out how to change the gas bottle which was empty ont he third day, however, I managed to buy another stove with butane for the same price, so that got sorted. The van drove fine all the time, started without issues and withstood the heavy rains and winds without leaking. Also, the return to the incredibly helpful neighbour at the end worked astronomically.
