WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
The nonnegotiable service fee includes an electric brake controller, towing mirrors, gas, a thorough handover and phone support while you are away. The service fee does not cover cleaning.
CLEANING:
We love to keep our van clean and tidy and hope you will too. If you are unable or simply don’t want to clean the van interior and exterior, you can opt to pay the $99.00 'clean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $199.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option.
WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER?
The nonnegotiable Camplify booking fee covers really important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $3,000.00 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees, to give you peace of mind.
INSURANCE:
Our van is comprehensively insured but does not allow offroad travel. However a short slow transit into your site is permitted.
Please note that our policy does not cover accidental underbody damage. The minimum age to tow or hire is 25, with the standard liability (excess) being $350.000 (equal to the bond). Please contact Camplify on Ph 1300 416 133 to discuss various options to reduce this liability if you wish.

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
