Hiring rules

• 🆘 EMERGENCY If you hear any unusual sounds or have have concerns pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• 💦No Free Camping.
• 💦No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van
• 💦Off Road Use Hirer MUST PreApproved for Off Road and Itenery supplied.
• 💦Min 3 Day Hire & 5 Days during Peak Periods (School and Public Holidays)
• 💦Dates are not secured until booking has been paid for in full.
• 💦Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a cleaning fee of $250.00
• 💦The Awning MUST NOT be extended, remain out / extended or unattended in windy gusty conditions.
• 🚭No Smoking/Vaping in or near the van (totally Prohibited)
• Please report any damage no matter how minor.
• 🔥IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, with the exception of general minor wear and tear. Pretty Fair Otherwise a $250.00 clean fee may be charged🔥
• NO OFF ROAD TRAVEL. (Unless Prior Approval)
• NO ANIMAL / PETS ON THE LOUNGE / BEDDING AREAS.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, gas, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $100.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $250.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.
• We will deliver the van up to 2000km.
• We have set delivery fees that include delivery and pick up, cost of fuel, Time, set up and pack down of the van as well as a comprehensive briefing of the caravan (particularly if this is your first time using a caravan).

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We hired a van, unfortunately not due to anyone there was a water leak. Chris sent someone to our site to fix, which they did but there was some water damage. Chris was amazing on the phone to me and offered a new van. Later that afternoon Chris delivered a new van for us for the following 3 days. We really appreciated the effort Chris went to for us. He definitely turned this negative into a real positive. Thank you Chris

  We had a few hiccups, but it was still the best time and would use Chriss vans for every holiday in the future.

  Great due to being plenty of room the van was awesome to tow and having the van in rainy conditions was amazing as we were able to stay dry play board games etc Chris was great to deal with always happy and informative

  The Van was what we expected. A few little things to deal with, but Chris was good with communication. Liked the outdoor cooking but hot water system was tricky. Power and water levels were good.

  Chris is an absolute legend! The hand over was as simple and thoughtful as always. Its nice having someone remember who you are and what you want from a trip away. Our holiday was fantastic due to the van having all the equipment and facilities plus more. Cheers!!
