The van was much smaller than we expected. There was very little space to store our luggage etc so we felt even more cramped. This van would be much better suited to 2 people rather than 5. Despite this, the van was very clean upon arrival and had all the features we were expecting. We struggled with the water and batteries being off-grid. Definitely cant shower in the van being off-grid. We had a great time though!

Van was great also has a washing machine which was brilliant. Communication with Chris was great, delivery, set up and pack down were handled well too. Will hire from again for sure.

This is a great van for off grid. The solar allowed us to run all the creature comforts. The one push awning was so easy especially when our site was on a hill and had no way of reaching for the struts. It tows well without feeling like a tank. There was something quite lux about this van and great for young families. Cheers for another fantastic holiday!

We hired Shorty for 5 nights at Diamond Head and it was fantastic. The vans off grid features were perfect for our trip. Chris and the team were very helpful, we will definitely be hiring again!

Great caravan overall clean, comfortable, and easy to use. Everything worked well and it made for a great trip. The only minor issues were the door not shutting properly and the shower head being too loose to stay in place. Other than that, we were very happy and would hire again

It was great, first time in a van and Im semi converted. Made life easy knowing Chris and his crew were packing/setting up. Thanks for making the experience seemless despite the little hiccups. Chris and his crew were accomodating and run a tight outfit. I would recommend using them Thanks dirt gear!
